### **About the Role**
We are seeking a **top-tier freelance video editor & colorist** to help create **high-quality podcast videos, promotional content, and commercial projects**. The ideal candidate has experience with **multi-camera podcast editing, high-end commercial visuals, and cinematic color grading** to ensure our content stands out at the highest industry level.

### **What You’ll Be Doing:**
- Editing **podcast episodes** into engaging video content (multi-camera setups).
- Cutting and assembling **promotional content, commercials, and high-end 4K projects**.
- Applying **advanced color grading** for a polished, cinematic look.
- Enhancing visuals with **motion graphics, text overlays, and branding elements**.
- Mixing and refining **audio for clarity and impact**.
- Delivering content optimized for **YouTube, social media, and digital ads**.

### **What We’re Looking For:**
? **Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro & DaVinci Resolve** (or equivalent high-end software).
? **Deep experience with color grading** for high-quality, polished visuals.
? **Familiarity with multi-camera podcast editing** and storytelling techniques.
? **Proficiency in sound design & audio enhancement** for dialogue clarity.
? **Ability to work with 4K footage and high-quality commercial projects**.
? **Strong sense of pacing, engagement, and high-end aesthetics**.
? **Fast turnaround and strong communication skills**.
