Job Description:
We are seeking a talented professional who can craft compelling video content for social media, product marketing, and educational purposes while also executing high-impact email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for storytelling, excellent video editing skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:
> VIDEO EDITING & CONTENT CREATION
- Create engaging video content, including social media reels, product marketing videos, and educational materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute video projects that align with brand goals and messaging.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos optimized for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop creative strategies to showcase Carketa’s products and services in an innovative and visually appealing way.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video production and social media to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

> EMAIL MARKETING
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads.
- Design visually appealing and responsive email templates.
- Optimize email performance through A/B testing and analytics.
- Maintain and segment email lists for targeted outreach.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Video Editor, Video Content Creator, or Email Marketer.
-Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, video content optimization, and email marketing strategies.
-Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative concepts for video and email campaigns.
-Excellent storytelling, communication, and organizational skills.
-Ability to work Mountain Standard Time (MST) to align with the team’s workflow.
-Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
