Requirements:

-Advanced Software Skills: Expertise in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and Figma, with a focus on high design principles. Bonus points if you have experience with Blender or Rive.
-Creative Interpretation: Ability to understand detailed creative briefs, select the right assets, and produce cohesive edits.
-Adaptable: Each client has their own look and feel. Each of our editors have the ability to move in and out of different visual identities to match each brand.
-Stellar Portfolio: Show us your sophisticated editing style, superior animation skills, and compelling storytelling abilities.
-Excellent Communication: Clearly convey complex ideas and while being responsive.
-Proven Efficiency: Demonstrated history of meeting tight deadlines with high-quality work.
-Test Project: Complete a complex test project to validate your advanced skills.

Performance Expectations:

-Quick Turnarounds: Deliver initial drafts within 1-3 days, aiming for 80% completion, with refinements based on client feedback.
