Video Editor with Creative Vision Wanted: Join an Amazing Team for a Project

Hi there! I’m hiring a part-time video editor to help me create engaging, high-quality video content for our social media accounts (Instagram & Facebook)

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required).
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
Experience optimizing video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Edit raw footage into polished videos.
Add graphics, transitions, and effects to enhance visual appeal.
Sync video with audio tracks, including voiceovers and background music.
Optimize videos for various platforms.
Collaborate with the team to align with project goals.
Approx. 10-20 hours per week for an initial 3-month project.

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Pay bi-monthly
Pay increases based on performance after initial training period and seeing clearly ROI

Other Information Needed:
