Video Editor for YouTube Channel on Corporate Lies & Conspiracies

I’m looking for a skilled and creative video editor to help grow my YouTube channel, which dives into big corporations, their profit-driven lies, and the conspiracy theories surrounding them. Videos will be at least 20 minutes long and need to be engaging, visually compelling, and fast-paced to maintain audience retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit 20+ minute YouTube videos with a high-retention, documentary-style approach
Incorporate stock footage, animations, Upgrade to see actual infos, text overlays, sound effects, and engaging elements to enhance storytelling
Maintain a fast-paced, compelling flow to keep viewers watching
Adapt to a specific editing style (I will provide a sample video for reference)
Ensure clarity, strong storytelling, and engaging pacing
Requirements:

Proficiency in any professional video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Must submit your best 60-second edit as a sample of your work
Willing to complete a short test edit (I’ll provide a script—feel free to add your own creative flair)
Ability to source and integrate stock video clips to help create a strong visual narrative (let me know if you have access to stock footage libraries)
Strong understanding of YouTube storytelling techniques (pacing, retention strategies, and hooks)
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
