JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a talented video editor to help me create high-converting ads for my fast-growing supplement brand. Our main ad platform is Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and I need someone who can edit engaging, fast-paced, and highly persuasive UGC-style ads.

???? Requirements:
? Experienced in editing direct-response ads (especially for Meta)
? Can cut, edit, and enhance UGC (user-generated content) to make it engaging
? Understands hooks, pacing, and retention tactics to keep people watching
? Can add subtitles, motion graphics, and stock footage when needed
? Knows how to test multiple versions of the same ad to optimize performance
? Detail-oriented & creative—able to take raw footage and turn it into a high-performing ad
? Familiar with AI tools (ElevenLabs, Sieve, etc.) is a plus but not required

???? What You'll Be Editing:
? Supplement brand ads (UGC-style, testimonial, explainer, problem/solution, etc.)
? Multiple ad variations for split testing (changing hooks, subtitles, and pacing)
? Short-form, engaging, and conversion-focused video edits (30-60 sec ads)

???? Tools & Software You Should Know:
? Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
? CapCut or other mobile-friendly editors for quick cuts

???? Compensation & Work Details:
???? Competitive pay (negotiable based on experience)
? Part-time to start, but could become full-time if you're great
???? Fully remote
???? Flexible work hours, but must deliver on deadlines

???? How to Apply:
Send me a message with:
1?? Your portfolio (previous ad edits or UGC-style videos preferred)
2?? Your experience in editing Facebook/Instagram ads
3?? Your expected rate per video or per month
4?? Your availability (how many hours per week you can work)

Looking forward to working with a skilled video editor who can help take our brand to the next level!
