Video Editor for Short form content

Hi, I'm looking for a video editor (individual, no agencies!) with the following experience:

1. Editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)

2. Experience using Capcut and Premiere Pro/After Effects

3. Portfolio with previous work examples

Important aspects of this job:

- Attention to detail (huge!)
- Clear communication
- Accountability (do what you say, and on time)
- Learning new things
- Be dedicated and available
- Team player who can join team calls and brainstorming sessions
- Be open to providing unlimited revisions (until satisfied)
