Job Title: Video Editor for Short-Form Content

I'm looking for a highly skilled Video Editor to join our team, focusing on short-form content and dynamic social media projects, particularly for Instagram.

This role requires a creative individual who combines attention to detail with storytelling prowess to create visually compelling and impactful videos.

As a video editor, you'll play a key role in growing and monetizing Instagram accounts through top-quality content. Your success in helping us achieve these goals will result in additional bonuses on top of your base salary.

Responsibilities:
- Edit video content for Instagram and similar social media platforms, ensuring a cohesive and engaging viewer experience.
- Apply technical skills in editing software to enhance video quality through color correction, effects, and sound design.
- Collaborate closely with me and other members of my team to realize the vision of each project.
- Adapt editing techniques to stay ahead of social media trends and audience preferences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining patience and focus to refine each frame.
- Help grow and monetize Instagram accounts by producing engaging and shareable content.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio of work.
- Expertise in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Exceptional ability to ensure smooth transitions, precise cuts, and polished visuals.
- Creative storytelling abilities to effectively convey messages through video.
- Excellent sense of timing to ensure natural flow and rhythm within all scenes.
- Strong adaptability to new editing trends, tools, and demands.
- Great communication skills to work effectively with me and my team.
- Knowledge of using video AI enhancers, such as Topaz.AI, to improve video quality and sharpen visuals.
- Experience with Notion for project management and efficient collaboration.

Compensation:
- Base salary of $700 per month.
- Plus bonuses based on your success in helping us grow and monetize Instagram accounts.
