Video Editor for Fast Growing E-Commerce Brand

I'm looking for a talented, creative and experienced video editor to help me create Facebook ads for my fast growing ecommerce brand.

About the brand:
- Fun loving craft business selling products to 55+ year old women
- Currently growing past $100k/month revenue
- Plans to sky-rocket growth to at least $300k/month in the next 6 months
- NOT a short-term dropshipping store. We plan to be around for at least the next 10+ years.

The ideal candidate must:
- Have experience creating short-form social media videos
- Be knowledgable about copywriting and marketing
- Have high attention for detail
- Have a hunger for new knowledge, constantly analysing other brand's strategies and new technology

I'm looking to hire someone full-time and become a valued member of our team who I can work closely with on a daily basis.

What you can expect:
- I'm a very upfront guy. Expect me to be brutally honest at all times. It may hurt sometimes but I believe this is the fastest way to fix errors and improve.

- I value SPEED amongst almost all else in business. If you can't get work done in time I will not be happy. WARNING: I don't accept gutless excuses.
