Video Editor and Social Media manager

About Us:
Freedle and Associates is a family real estate company seeking a skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant. The primary focus of this role is video editing, along with managing social media pages and creating simple designs.

Job Duties:

Video Editing
Edit 3-6 long-form videos per week.
Break down these videos into 30-40 shorter clips for social media.
Work with raw video footage and pre-edited content.
Learn or already know how to edit videos from an Insta360 camera.
Social Media Management
Post videos on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Create clean, simple thumbnails for YouTube and Instagram posts.
Write captions and use relevant keywords to increase content visibility.
Read and apply ideas from a YouTube guidebook for real estate agents (we will provide and pay you to read it).
Update our Google Business Profile daily:
Post one photo or short video per day.
Share one daily update.
Post one question and answer per week (we will provide this content).
Canva Design
Create simple graphics using Canva, such as carousel posts for Instagram and Facebook.
What We Are Looking For:

Strong video editing skills using the platform of your choice.
Willingness to learn video editing for Insta360 camera footage.
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creating social media graphics.
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Strong written English skills for captions and content descriptions.
Organized and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Requirements:

Prior experience in video editing and social media management.
Reliable internet connection and a capable computer for remote work (not just a tablet).
Willingness to read and apply concepts from the provided YouTube guidebook.
