JOB OVERVIEW

Our online business coaching company, Get Wisdom LLC, is seeking a talented Video Editor and Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repurposing long-form YouTube content into engaging short-form reels, managing multiple social media accounts, and posting content regularly to increase our brand's reach and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Video Editing:
Edit long-form YouTube content into mini reels using video editing software.
Repurpose existing content from Rick's main account for multiple platforms.

Social Media Management:
Create and manage 15-20 parody social media accounts (e.g., "Pino Daily Inspiration," "Pino Speaks," "Pino Motivation").
Post on each of these accounts 3-4 times a day, ensuring content is scheduled and published consistently.
Increase positive social media engagement by liking, commenting, and interacting with followers.

Account Growth:
Grow these accounts simultaneously to increase overall brand reach and engagement.
Direct traffic from these accounts back to our main funnel (e.g., scheduling calls, promoting YouTube channel, challenges, or following @rickpino).
Monitor
account performance and adjust strategies to optimize growth.

Experience:
Proven experience in video editing, especially repurposing long-form content into short-form reels suitable for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.

Skills:
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and their algorithms.
Ability to use social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later). Excellent written English (USA).

Attributes:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Customer support, empathy, and tact are a must.

We are looking for a candidate with a flexible schedule who can manage posting schedules across multiple accounts throughout each day, including weekends.
