Video Editor / YT Producer

I am looking to grow my YouTube channel aggressively and looking to build my team. My first hire will be a Video Editor, but I am also looking for someone with YouTube knowledge, creativity and hunger to build something big with me. I am aiming to start part time with 20 hours a week, 4 hours per day and then once we get revenue momentum I will be looking to turn this role full time. Bigger picture, my team will ultimately consist of channel manager, video editors, SEO & marketing and producer. I would be looking for you to ideally grow into one of those positions. Lots of opportunity for advancement here.

Video Editor Initial duties
- manage raw content uploads and project file storage on G-Drive
- Source B-Roll and still images
- Source BGM, swoosh and sound effects
- Edit long form videos, color correction and audio
- Cut long-form content into shorts with captions
- Export final files for review and revisions
- Upload approved files to YouTube and other channels
- Potentially also channel SEO, thumbnails and posting management but not a necessity
- Manage TRELLO board once individual videos are completed
