Video Editor (Writer or Programmer is a bonus)

Hello applicants!

We're looking for someone to do the following tasks:

Mandatory:
- Various editing projects in Adobe Premiere Pro including culling footage (cutting out all the good content), and editing long form event videos with multiple camera angles

Bonuses:
- Writing content using AI assistance including blog content, social media posts, course content, etc.
- Various programming projects using HTML, CSS, JS, React, and Tailwind CSS - these can vary based on your experience and we're happy to teach as needed

These "bonus" skills just come down to us having work for you. If you are a video editor but don't feel comfortable writing content in English and don't have experience web programming, that just means we'll have less hours a week for you. This doesn't mean you aren't a good fit, it just means the position will be more part-time.

Skills requirements:
- Using Adobe Premiere Pro is a must for this position. If you have experience with other professional video editing software and need a little training in Adobe Premiere Pro, that's probably fine as well

Skill bonuses:
- Great writing skills with the ability to write detailed, English blog content with AI assistance isn't required but is a huge bonus
- Web programming with HTML, CSS, JS, React, and Tailwind CSS also isn't required but is a huge bonus

- Let us know whether you feel like you'd need training in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and if you have programming experience, HTML, CSS, JS, React, Tailwind CSS, or anything else (This is absolutely fine, just want to know)
- Let us know how confident you are with your English and ability to write with AI assistance (this is a bonus but isn't 100% required, just be honest about it)
- Confirm your schedule preferences and whether you'd be willing to have a slightly variable schedule (sometimes more work, sometimes a little less) depending on needed tasks
