What You'll Be Doing:
???? Editing compelling long-form and short-form video content tailored for MSPs and B2B audiences.
????? Creating smooth transitions, dynamic animations, and eye-catching motion graphics using After Effects (or similar tools).
???? Enhancing audio quality—balancing sound levels, cleaning up audio, and adding music/effects using tools like Audition or Audacity.
???? Applying color grading techniques (Lumetri Color or similar) to create a polished, professional look.
???? Organizing and managing files—handling raw footage, proxies, and final exports efficiently.
???? Formatting and exporting videos for various platforms (YouTube, social media, websites).
? Editing with speed and precision—delivering high-quality videos on tight deadlines.

What You Need to Bring:
? 2-3 years of experience in video editing (B2B industry, specifically MSP niche, is a BIG plus).
? Familiarity with lead generation, local SEO, inbound marketing, and business growth topics.
? Strong narrative flow, pacing, and storytelling skills.
? Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, or similar tools.
? Knowledge of video codecs, resolutions, and platform-specific formatting.
? Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take creative direction.
