- Video Editor / Virtual Assistant (Remote, Full-Time or Part-Time)
Must speak English fluently | Weekly video calls required | Ongoing messaging throughout the week

We’re an e-commerce brand group focused on health, wellness, recovery, and tech. We’re looking for a creative, fluent-English-speaking Video Editor/VA to help with content creation, video editing, and light admin work across multiple brands. You'll work directly with the founder and be a key part of our growing team.

- Your Main Responsibilities:
- Video Editing & Content Creation
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts using CapCut (other platforms like Premiere Pro, VN, Canva, etc. are a plus)

Repurpose videos and raw footage into engaging, branded content

Source raw content online (TikTok, AliExpress, YouTube, etc.)

Create videos using products we send (no face required)

Use AI tools (voice, video enhancers, text-to-speech, etc.) to improve production value

Deliver fast, consistent edits that follow brand direction while also using your own creativity

- Virtual Assistant Tasks
Fill in and update spreadsheets daily (you'll be trained on this)

Respond to customer emails using pre-written templates

Maintain good communication and keep tasks organised

???? Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Must be comfortable with weekly video meetings to review tasks and progress

Must be available for regular messaging and check-ins throughout the week (Slack, WhatsApp, etc.)

Experience with short-form video editing (portfolio required)

Reliable internet connection and your own laptop/device

Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently
