About the Role:
I am looking for a skilled video editor and content creator to run a YouTube clip page. The channel will post daily compilation-style videos of Joe Rogan Upgrade to see actual infonts, following engaging themes like “Wildest JRE Conspiracy Theories” or “JRE Exposing Government Lies”

Rather than just reposting individual clips, we want to create high-quality compilations that include:

A compelling introduction
Well-structured transitions and introductory lines between clips
Engaging edits to keep viewers hooked
Thumbnails and titles optimized for maximum views
If you're passionate about podcast content, video editing, and YouTube growth, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing high quality clips from YouTube
- Video Editing
- Add AI voiceover introductions and transitions between clips
- Add various visuals throughout the video to break up the monotony
- Upload and schedule daily videos
- Write engaging video titles and descriptions
- Gather images and create thumbnail for video (repetitive style)
- Monitor video performance and adjust strategy accordingly
