Role Summary:

The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing both short-form content (like YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and Reels) and long-form content (YouTube videos, webinars, etc.). This role requires proficiency with video editing tools such as Veed.io, Opus Clip, and other editing platforms, as well as experience with AI-powered tools for video editing and animation. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to create content that captivates, informs, and converts.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and TikTok.
Edit long-form video content, including YouTube videos, webinars, and educational content, ensuring consistency with brand tone and messaging.

Utilize video editing tools like Veed.io, Opus Clip, and similar platforms to optimize content for various social media platforms.
Integrate AI tools for editing and animation to streamline workflows and create unique, eye-catching effects.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute video concepts that resonate with small business audiences.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure content aligns with platform-specific standards and trends.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Video Editor specializing in both short-form and long-form content.
Proficiency with video editing tools such as Veed.io, Opus Clip, and similar platforms.
Experience using AI tools for video editing and animation, with a portfolio showcasing projects where these tools have been applied.
Strong storytelling skills, with an understanding of pacing, narrative flow, and audience engagement.
Familiarity with video optimization for social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
