JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant, please only apply of you have experience and a portfolio to share. This role has a lot of variety and it is vital you are able to manage multiple project.

Tasks:

- Create and edit videos from Insta 360 camera, Insta Go3, Canon & Samsung camera pictures (Travel content)
- Research and create content for Linked In for AI Agency
- Create and edit videos for AI agency to post on LinkedIn, YouTube and Tik Tok and repurpose content on Facebook, Instagram and Blogs
- Write blogs with assistance of AI but ensuring the content is human
- Develop AI no code automations - experience with a variety of platforms
- Social media content creation and management
- Develop pitch decks for clients
- Create and manage reports and analytics for clients
- CRM management

Requirements:

- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Self-starter and self motivated
- Learns quickly and ability to take action
- Able to find solutions and is self reliant
- Committed and dedicated
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have reliable internet
- Excellent time management
- Process driven

- Google, Notion, Airtable, ChatGPT, Deepseek, make.com, Zapier, Dalle, Otter.ai, Midjourney, metrical, drippily, Go high Level


This role will offer the opportunity on further training for AI automations worth $4500

This role will start part-time with the plan of moving to full-time. Salary is dependent on experience.
