- Create **eye-catching, high-retention short-form content** for social media
- Generate **engaging headlines, descriptions, and calls to action** using AI tools like ChatGPT
- Apply **sound design and music layering techniques** for polished, professional content
- Contribute creative ideas to **elevate brand messaging** and audience engagement
- Edit **sponsorship and daily short-form audio content**

**What We’re Looking For**

- **Extreme attention to detail**—if you notice when subtitles are slightly off-center or cuts feel just a millisecond too long, you’re our kind of person
- **Strong design instincts**—you know how to make a video *feel right* with pacing, color, and transitions
- Proven experience editing **TikTok, YouTube, and other social media videos**
- Deep understanding of **what works on TikTok and YouTube**—trends, pacing, hooks, and retention strategies
- Ability to **work quickly and efficiently** on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Comfortable using **ChatGPT to enhance video headlines, descriptions, and scripts**
