Video Editor Needed for AI/SaaS Coaching Content (Potential Full-Time Position)

About Us:
We run a successful SaaS/AI coaching platform helping coaches and business owners scale their operations. We're looking for a talented video editor to transform our raw footage into engaging, viral-style short-form content across multiple platforms.

About the Role:
This position begins as a contract role with the potential to become full-time within for the right candidate.

Workflow:
Raw footage will be uploaded to Google Drive
You'll be notified via Slack when new footage is available
Edit content following our viral short style guide using Premier or CapCut
Create video descriptions using provided prompts
Schedule content for approval across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Requirements:
Proven experience editing short-form viral content
Proficiency in Premier or CapCut (no AI editing tools)
Excellent English communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Deep understanding of what makes content go viral on multiple platforms
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Fast turnaround times (24-48 hours per video)
Capability to handle at least 7 videos per week

Compensation:
$7 per video based on complexity
Performance bonuses for videos exceeding 100K views
Potential for full-time employment for top performers
