Mocheniq Media seeks a talented Music Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will arrange, edit, and mix music for various media projects, including films and videos. The role also involves creating original compositions, sound effects, and edits tailored to specific project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with directors and producers to understand project vision and goals.
- Review raw footage and select optimal clips for music videos.
- Edit and assemble video clips to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Synchronize video content with music tracks.
- Apply special effects, transitions, and visual enhancements.
- Perform color grading and correction to ensure visual consistency.
- Develop music video trailers and promotional content.
- Maintain an organized file management system on Dropbox.
- Create lyric videos, motion graphics, and visualizers.
- Manage email communications effectively.

**Compensation:**

- **Project-Based Pay:** Each project is compensated at $50 - $80 USD, depending on experience.
- **Training:** Training provided to complete each project within 6-8 hours, with a one-week deadline.
- **Complex Project Bonus:** Additional $30 USD for more intricate music videos.
- **Monthly Project Guarantee:** If no project is assigned within a 30-day pay cycle, editors will receive a $75 USD compensation.
- **Payment Schedule:** Payments are made via PayPal or Cash App every Saturday morning.

**Requirements:**

- **Software Proficiency:** Mandatory experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, including the ability to use Dynamic Link.
- **System Requirements:** Ensure your system meets the following specifications:
