Video Editor & Motion Designer Position | Full-time Remote

OVERVIEW:
I am looking for a skilled video editor and motion designer with content creation experience for ongoing remote work involving personal branding and content projects. This role requires expertise in both traditional editing software and AI-based tools.

WHO ARE WE?
My name is Benjamin, and I'm hiring a video editor to work on various content projects, including personal branding. We're looking for someone who understands content creation best practices across different platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Adobe Premiere, CapCut, and After Effects expertise
- Motion design and graphic design capabilities
- Experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Pika.art, Runway Gen-3, Kling AI)
- Advanced English proficiency for accurate subtitling/transcription
- Audio editing expertise, including Upgrade to see actual info
- Both vertical (short-form) and horizontal (long-form) video editing experience
- Understanding of content creation trends and best practices
- Experience with content optimization for different platforms

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable hardware/computer setup
- High-speed internet connection
- Access to Adobe Creative Suite
- AI generation tools access preferred but not required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and edit engaging video content
- Generate animated graphics/motion design elements
- Add subtitles and transcriptions
- Produce AI-generated voiceovers
- Handle ongoing video editing tasks
- Optimize content for different platforms

WORKING HOURS:
Flexible schedule with agreed-upon delivery timelines. Project completion within reasonable timeframes is essential.

COMPENSATION:
- Trial month: $400 (reduced workload)
- Post-trial: $500/month with increases based on workload
- Non-exclusive arrangement allowed
