Video Editor (HIRING IMMEDIATELY)

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our content creation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking voiceovers and creating polished, high-quality video content for various platforms. You will work closely with the creative team to ensure the final videos meet branding standards, engage viewers, and align with the overall vision of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with directors, producers, and content creators to understand project objectives, target audience, and style requirements.
Add graphics, animations, text overlays, transitions, and sound effects to enhance video content.
Ensure all videos are edited according to project specifications, including length, resolution, aspect ratio, and file format.
Review and select the best footage, while trimming and adjusting audio and visuals to create smooth, engaging videos.
Conduct color correction, audio leveling, and fine-tuning to improve the overall quality of the videos.
Work on multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of consistency.
Stay updated with industry trends, video editing techniques, and tools to continuously improve video quality.
Ensure all content adheres to branding guidelines, messaging, and quality standards.
Manage video file storage, backups, and ensure proper archiving of finished projects.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing video editing skills across different styles and platforms.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Solid understanding of video production, editing techniques, and video post-production processes.
Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is a plus.
Strong understanding of audio editing, mixing, and syncing.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for visual storytelling and pacing.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a creative team.
