Job Overview:

As our Video Editor & Graphic Designer, you’ll play a dual role in creating compelling visuals for social media and digital ad campaigns. Your focus will be on producing high-quality videos, graphics, and static ads that showcase Alien Prints’ products and services in an engaging and innovative way.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production & Editing:
• Create and edit short-form videos for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Develop video ads for campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone and goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to storyboard ideas and bring concepts to life.

Graphic Design:
• Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, banners, and ads.
• Create static ad creatives for paid campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google.
• Ensure consistency with Alien Prints’ brand guidelines in all visual content.

Content Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager & Content Writer to align visuals with written content and marketing strategies.
• Brainstorm creative ideas to improve engagement and campaign performance.

Creative Innovation:
• Stay updated on design and video trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Experiment with different styles and formats to maximize audience engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut or equivalent software.
• A strong portfolio showcasing video and graphic design work, especially for social media or ads.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and ad requirements (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin).
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to different trends.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

$2.50/hr - $5.00/hr based on experience, reliability and efficiency. This is a starting rate with opportunities for raises based on performance and tenure.
