JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Video Editor & Social Media Manager who can also assist with basic administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone with a creative eye for video editing, a passion for social media management, and the organizational skills to handle day-to-day virtual assistant tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing:

Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, and effects to enhance video content.
Optimize videos for different platforms and formats.
Collaborate to ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

2. Social Media Management:

Create and schedule engaging social media posts across multiple platforms.
Write compelling captions, research hashtags, and monitor engagement.
Manage social media content calendars and ensure timely posting.
Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance reach and engagement.

3. Virtual Assistant Tasks:

Manage and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, file organization, and calendar management.
Provide general support for ad hoc tasks as needed.
