Job Overview
We are looking for a versatile Video Editor who specializes in lead-generation video content. The ideal candidate is skilled at creating compelling mashups, incorporating user-generated content (UGC), and utilizing AI-driven tools to produce engaging videos. This role requires a deep understanding of how video content can influence marketing funnels, generate leads, and boost conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Video Editing for Lead Generation

Edit, refine, and produce short- and long-form videos optimized for lead-gen campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align creative output with campaign objectives and branding guidelines.
Mashup & UGC Integration

Curate and blend multiple video sources—both internal assets and user-generated content—into coherent, engaging stories.
Maintain brand consistency while highlighting authenticity through UGC elements.
AI-Driven Content Creation

Leverage AI tools and software (e.g., AI-based editing suites, motion tracking, automated captioning) to streamline the editing process.
Experiment with emerging AI solutions to introduce innovative styles and techniques in video projects.
Content Strategy & Optimization

Collaborate with marketing teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to plan and strategize content themes, hooks, and storylines for maximum engagement.
Optimize videos for various social and ad platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Quality Assurance & File Management

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
Organize and archive project files, ensuring a systematic workflow for quick retrieval and updates.
Trend Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with the latest video editing software, AI tools, and industry best practices.
Suggest improvements to enhance video performance and engage leads effectively.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in the lead-generation or digital marketing space.
Software Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Knowledge of AI-based editing tools is a significant plus.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
Understanding of aspect ratios and formats for various online platforms.
Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing funnels, target audiences, and conversion-driven content.
Creative Mindset: Ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling videos that capture attention and drive leads.
Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills for coordination with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients.
