Our 8-figure e-commerce skincare brand is seeking a
Opportunity:
- Base salary of $2,000 per month with flexible 40h/week schedule
- Bonuses up to $2,000 per month based on ad performance

Responsibilities:
- You'll bring to life the scripts of top copywriters as you edit short-form video ads (UGC) and long-form VSL recorded professionally with Doctors, promoting top-notch skincare products that are changing women's lives.
- You'll work in a team of other video editors led by a Creative Strategist who will provide constant feedback to improve your work and skills.
- We'll test your ads by spending hundreds of thousands. Your key metric is the sales generated. The more your ads perform, the more you'll earn in bonuses.
- You'll have access to the Ad Accounts to see your video ads data and make data-driven decisions, to then create new visual hooks that grab attention in milliseconds, new leads and video variations.
- You'll constantly analyze other high-performing sales videos in multiple industries to learn their patterns and improve your own ads.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience editing direct response video ads
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Perfect English proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
- Obsessive attention to detail and a perfectionist streak
- Insatiable appetite for growth, learning, and self-improvement
- Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
- Minimum of 500GB free SSD storage space (optional)
- Familiarity with After Effects for advanced motion graphics (optional)
