JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor with expertise in editing engaging e-commerce content, and proficient in UGC (User-Generated Content) videos. The ideal candidate should have experience with AI tools, be familiar with current video trends, and possess a keen sense of aesthetics. You will work on creating and optimizing e-commerce videos that drive sales, improve brand visibility, and keep up with current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Easy Video Editing:

Remove watermarks from videos.
Change video hooks to capture viewer attention.
Create multiple hook variations for A/B testing.
Edit the video sequence for smooth flow and engaging narrative.

2. Advanced Video Editing:

Expertly combine clips and select the best hooks for maximum engagement.
Use AI tools to script videos, add voiceovers, and enhance video production quality.
Add creative flair and ensure videos align with brand aesthetics and visual identity.
Edit images and incorporate them into videos where necessary.

3. Content Creation & Trends:

Stay updated on video editing trends, particularly in e-commerce and social media.
Identify trending elements (e.g., cutting the most entertaining part of a video and using it as a hook) and implement them in your edits.
Source, edit, and create video content based on UGC (User-Generated Content) to enhance credibility and engagement.
Innovation & Feedback:

Come up with new, creative ideas to improve video performance.
Provide feedback on existing video strategies and suggest areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop fresh concepts for video marketing.
Proactively improve and innovate beyond the given instructions to elevate video content.
Requirements:

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Strong knowledge of AI tools for scripting, voiceover, and other video-related tasks.
A good sense of aesthetics, with the ability to produce visually appealing videos.
Up-to-date knowledge of current video trends in e-commerce, UGCs, and social media platforms.
Ability to create engaging, on-trend hooks and video content that resonates with target audiences.
Basic image editing skills (Photoshop or equivalent).
Creative mindset, able to independently generate ideas and execute them effectively.
Experience with e-commerce video marketing, particularly in optimizing videos for conversions and brand engagement.
Preferred:

Experience with motion graphics, sound design, and animation.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with the creative team.
