Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Video Editor with a passion for creating high-quality, conversion-focused video ads. As a full-time Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing 8 videos per day, tailored to various e-commerce products. You’ll be working with a creative team to develop visually appealing and effective ad content.

Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling video ads that meet our quality standards.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and ensure the final product aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
- Continuously improve video editing techniques to optimize performance across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Meet daily production targets by delivering 8 completed videos per day.
- Always Aim to meet the set target metrics for CTR, CPC , etc.

Compensation:
- Fixed salary of $300 per month.
+ Additional $5 bonus for every video that hits target metrics. For example, if 4 out of 8 videos you create in a day reach the metrics goal, you will earn an extra $20 that day, increasing your total potential earnings.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably with a focus on e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of current trends in social media and video marketing.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Portfolio required: Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing their video editing work, particularly ad creative content.
