We are a growing company diving into Meta and X advertising, and we're looking for a highly skilled video editor and creative designer who understands the nuances of ad creatives that convert.
Who We're Looking For:
A talented Video Editor & Creative Designer with a deep understanding of Meta and X ads—someone who knows trending styles, editing techniques, and best-performing ad formats on these platforms.
Responsibilities:
Edit high-converting video ads including Reels, talking-head UGC-style ads, thread carousels, trending/current event carousels, and more.
Understand image creatives, proper headline placements, and best ad structures.
Ensure fast turnaround times (24-hour standard, faster for urgent revisions).
Stay up-to-date with trending ad styles and bring new creative ideas to the table.
Conduct competitive and market research to refine ad strategies.
Work independently while also taking direction well—we don’t want to handhold every step of the process.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience editing ad creatives, specifically for US-based coaching programs.
Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Experience designing ad creatives in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Excellent written and spoken English—must understand nuance and direction well.
Creativity and initiative—you should bring fresh ideas, not just execute tasks.
Extensive portfolio required—applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
