What we need:

Proven experience in editing social media ads and PPC videos with measurable results
Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, VideoLeap, etc.)
Familiarity with AI software for enhanced video editing and content optimization
Strong understanding of ad formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads
Ability to create videos optimized for conversions (CTR, engagement, lead generation)
Attention to detail, quick turnaround times, and adaptability to feedback
Experience with A/B testing video content for performance improvement
