Video Editor

I'm looking for a video editor who can take my raw video/audio footage and cut it down for a popcorn business. My videos average about 8 minutes. The rough cut can be 20 minutes long. Being able to follow directions is key and seeing good interactions and highlighting moments is key. Starting $10 per video.
