Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed footage review, editing, color correction, and grading to enhance visual appeal.
Execute proficient audio editing, including adjusting levels, removing background noise, and syncing sound effects and music to complement visual elements.
Create engaging graphics, titles, and visual effects that align with storytelling objectives and narrative flow.
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure video content meets client preferences and project goals.
Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring videos are free from errors and meet platform-specific requirements.
Manage time effectively to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Commit to continuous learning and improvement in video editing techniques and trends.
SMART KPIs:

Edit and finalize at least 4 videos per day, maintaining high-quality standards.
Adhere to platform-specific requirements and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
Respond to revision requests and complete them within 24 hours.
Efficiently review and select footage within 24 hours of receipt, facilitating a prompt start to the editing process.
Ensure all edited Reels and TikTok videos feature smooth transitions, proper sequencing, and pacing, leading to an engaging viewer experience.
Collaborate effectively, providing timely feedback within 24 hours and incorporating suggestions to meet client needs.
Conduct thorough quality control checks on each video to confirm accuracy, visual and audio quality, and adherence to specifications before final delivery.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement strategies.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on detail and a commitment to quality.
