Job Title: Experienced Video Editor for Long-Form YouTube Content

Description:

I’m looking to hire a highly skilled video editor to join my team and handle video editing for three high-profile clients with hundreds of thousands of followers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented editor who wants to work on engaging and fast-growing social media content.

Two of the clients run golf-related social media accounts, while the third is a podcaster. Each week, you will be responsible for editing one long-form YouTube video per client (three videos total). The ideal candidate should be able to craft compelling narratives, maintain audience retention, and optimize videos for engagement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience editing long-form YouTube content
- Proven experience editing short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & Photoshop
- Strong understanding of pacing, sound design, and color grading
- Ability to add engaging motion graphics, text overlays, and sound effects
- Quick turnaround time (48 hours per video)
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
