We are looking for a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our team and help elevate the quality of our videos to reach a broader audience

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for our YouTube channel, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and visually appealing.
- Demonstrate strong storytelling skills through video editing to maintain viewer interest.
- Create eye-catching and creative thumbnails that capture the essence of the video and encourage clicks.
- Upload videos to YouTube with appropriate titles, descriptions, tags, and time stamps to optimize for search and increase visibility.
- Monitor and analyze video performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve future uploads.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with our brand and mission.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video editing, specifically for YouTube or similar platforms
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithms, SEO, and best practices for video optimization.
- Experience in creating compelling thumbnails that drive high click-through rates.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Basic graphic design skills for thumbnail creation.
- Knowledge of copyright laws and fair use policies on YouTube.
