???? Role Overview:

Edit engaging, short-form videos (REELs, TikToks, Shorts) for models and influencers
Sync music, add dynamic cuts, integrate captions, and ensure top-tier quality
Maintain brand synergy and storytelling for each talent
Work with bulk uploads and deliver quick turnarounds
Report directly to the Creative Director and align with their vision for virality and perfection
???? Requirements:
? Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, OBS, or equivalent)
? Experience in beauty, influencer, or model content editing is preferred
? Up-to-date knowledge of short-form video trends on TikTok, IG, and YouTube Shorts
? Ability to work with fast-paced deadlines
? Reliable high-speed internet connection for file transfers and weekly team calls (Pacific Time)
? Strong communication skills to align with the Creative Director’s vision

???? Compensation & Growth:

$3 - $5 per video, based on skill and performance
Increases in pay based on volume, speed, and quality of work
Potential to move from gig work to part-time/full-time as agency demand scales
Opportunity to learn directly from an expert Creative Director and refine your viral video skills
