We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented YouTube Long-Form Editor to help bring our creative vision to life. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of storytelling, and a commitment to producing high-quality content.

Responsibilities:
Edit long-form YouTube videos with a focus on storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
Incorporate feedback to refine edits and align with the channel’s brand and tone.
Add engaging effects, transitions, and graphics to enhance the overall quality.
Ensure all content is polished, professional, and ready for upload.
Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:
Experience: Proven expertise in video editing, preferably using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Portfolio: A body of work showcasing completed and published videos (for personal projects or clients).
Work Ethic: Willingness to work long hours (8+ hours daily) until the project is completed.
Learning Mindset: A burning desire to improve and learn from the best editors in the industry.
Location: Based in Manila, ideally near Taguig, to facilitate collaboration when needed.

Starting Salary:
?60,000 to ?80,000+ per month, depending on experience and expertise.
