Hey there!

I have a podcast, and I’m on the hunt for someone to help turn it into outstanding shorts. After reviewing several portfolios, I’m looking for someone who has real potential and wants to grow with me.

Here’s how the process would work:

I host the podcast with a guest.
I’ll identify moments I think are perfect for shorts, and you’ll do the same after reviewing the video.
Quality over quantity—no forcing content into reels unless it’s naturally worthy.
Speed is crucial—I need those reels created quickly.
We’ll work together on revisions to polish the final product.
I’m looking for someone who can elevate the content with special effects, b-roll, and engaging subtitles.

This would start as a part-time opportunity so we can test the workflow and quality. But here’s what I’m really looking for: someone eager to learn, grow, and constantly improve. I want to work with someone who’s striving to become the best in their field, as that’s the level of excellence I’m aiming for.
