Our team is growing, we are looking for video editors who are looking to grow with us.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-Play a highly collaborative creative role in structuring new ideas and managing projects to completion
-Edit online video content, including podcast episodes, testimonial videos and social videos
-Create and produce marketing videos and PR videos, as needed
-Create motion graphics for video and understand latest social media video trends (ie Instagram Reels)
-Edit training videos for addition to our learning management system
-Create various types of audio/video to tell stories across multiple platforms
-Perform non-linear editing using Final Cut or Adobe Premiere software and designs after effects as needed including motion graphics, layout, and animation
-Pre-visualize and/or storyboard shot ideas based on scripts or project outlines
-Source photos, stock video and audio as needed for projects
-Create all multimedia content for social (audio / video / design)
-Edit and upload footage and maintain video logs and media storage.
-Maintain a digital archive and group file storage
-Layout newsletter content for submission to our printer.
-Repurpose content into short form video and podcast
-Submit audio files to podcasts server

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
-The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of graphic design, and audio / video editing experience (editing short online videos, •social share videos, and educational content for online channels like YouTube / Facebook / blogs preferred).
-Experience in the full adobe cloud, including inDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro and illustrator.
-Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
-Possess a strong attention to detail and time management skills, and be an organized team player
-Experience in typography, color, composition, compositing, key framing, and title design preferred. Knowledge of web design principles: Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, responsive design, and accessibility standards also preferred.
-Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Teams, Airtable, Google Suite, LastPass, and Zoom

TECH REQUIREMENTS:
Computer - at least i7 or equivalent with 16gb RAM
Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays 3AM - 12PM Eastern Time // Mondays to Fridays 3 PM to 12 AM Philippine Time
