Job Summary:



We are looking for a highly creative Video Editor with proven experience in creating viral short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, has a deep understanding of platform trends, and knows how to edit videos that captivate and engage audiences.



Responsibilities:



• Edit and produce short-form videos optimized for virality, focusing on dynamic storytelling, pacing, and platform trends.

• Add captions, text overlays, transitions, and sound effects that align with current platform best practices.

• Use trending audio, visual effects, and styles to make content stand out and drive engagement.

• Ensure videos are optimized for each platform’s algorithm, including formatting, resolution, and aspect ratio.

• Collaborate with the content team to align on creative direction and brand consistency.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and viral video formats, applying them to editing projects.

• Maintain an organized library of assets and finished projects.



Requirements:



• Proven experience creating viral short-form content (portfolio required).

• Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).

• Strong knowledge of platform-specific algorithms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

• Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content that grabs attention in the first 3 seconds.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of timing, pacing, and flow.

• Ability to adapt editing styles to fit different client brands and audiences.



Preferred Qualifications:



• Experience working with real estate professionals or similar service-based industries.

• Knowledge of social media analytics and how video performance impacts engagement and reach.
