Who We're Looking For
We are searching for a skilled and passionate Video Editor who is excited to take charge of video projects from start to finish. This is a full-time, remote position, ideal for someone who loves creative video editing and takes pride in delivering high-quality, visually engaging content.

If you have a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you. We value integrity, initiative, and the ability to work independently, as well as a collaborative spirit. You’ll be working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, during the night shift (9 PM - 6 AM PH Time) to align with our US-based clients’ schedules.

Responsibilities
End-to-End Video Editing: Manage the entire video editing process in DaVinci Resolve, from rough cuts to final exports, ensuring high-quality and visually engaging content.
Color Correction and Light Graphics: Enhance videos with basic color correction and graphics to ensure professional visual quality.
Organize Project Files: Maintain a consistent file structure and organization, following SOPs to ensure projects are easy to access and reference.
Meet Project Deadlines and Deliverables: Follow a checklist of deliverables and complete edits within timelines set in Google Docs or ClickUp.
Integrate Licensed Music and Stock Footage: Use provided subscriptions creatively to add music, audio effects, or stock footage, enriching the content as needed.
Collaborate on Feedback: Use tools like Frame.io or Dropbox Review to gather and implement client feedback effectively, minimizing the need for multiple revisions.
Provide Clear Project Updates: Communicate regularly with concise, clear updates to keep the client informed without over-communicating.

Experience
Video Editing Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in video editing, with proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and a portfolio demonstrating high-quality edits.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of color correction, basic graphics, and audio editing.
Remote Collaboration: Experience using collaborative tools such as Frame.io, Dropbox Review, ClickUp, or Todoist to streamline workflows and manage tasks.
Independent Worker: Proven ability to manage projects independently, make confident editing decisions, and handle feedback professionally.
Flexible and Adaptable: Ability to adapt editing style to different project types and client needs, particularly beneficial if you've worked in documentary or narrative styles.
