Video Editor

I’m looking for a passionate and skilled Video Editor to join our team at Zack Southall Fitness. This is a retainer-based position, where you will be paid a fixed monthly salary with performance incentives available.

What You’ll Do:
- Edit up to 10 short-form videos per week for Instagram
- Edit 1 long-form video per week for YouTube
- Analyse competitor content to find high-performing trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Drive results for reach, engagement, and account growth, helping us increase lead flow and social media presence
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure smooth operations and hit deadlines

What We’re Looking For:
- Someone bought into our mission of changing lives globally through fitness, not just a standard video editor looking to get the job done as quick as possible
- Creative thinker with the ability to bring new content ideas that will boost social media growth
- Organised and communicative individual who thrives under deadlines
- Passionate about growing social media channels and making an impact

Salary:
- You will be paid $250 at the end of each month as a base salary (this can be up for discussion)
- You will have the opportunity for this base salary to increase by up to 100% within the first 6 months of working together if your performance is consistently high.
- You will also receive bonuses based on video performance and social media growth KPIs which will be discussed within interviews.

How to Apply:

Submit a Loom video (maximum 6 minutes) where you:
- Review recent video content on our Instagram page and suggest how you’d improve it
- Reference 2-3 competitors in the fitness space who are growing well, and share what qualities from their content you think we could incorporate at Zack Southall Fitness while maintaining our unique style and message
- Send a portfolio with links to short and long-form content you've edited, preferably published online so we can check insights and performance.
