Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Video Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will create impactful and engaging content for social media and marketing initiatives, helping to grow our social followings, drive engagement, increase leads, and maximize revenue. You will also play a crucial role in strategizing ad spend, identifying target audiences, and enhancing ROI through detailed analysis and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

-Ideate, produce and direct short-form video for the campaign designed to reach and engage supporters and persuadable audiences across social channels, focused on either vertical format or YouTube formats
-Work under tight deadlines to create engaging and highly shareable videos that express key messaging in unique and memorable ways
-Create Reels and videos for social media that engage the audience with good storytelling, hooks, and effective CTAs.
-Edit existing RAW video file formats (Canon Raw, Blackmagic Raw, RED Raw, etc) to produce reels for social media. Experience with color grading preferred.
-Utilize research, data and analytics to drive performance-based decisions for content creation and marketing efforts.
-Ensure best SEO practices for digital content produced.
-Organize files, final videos, b roll, projects and archives.
-Participation in photoshoots and content creation events.
-Maintain tight schedules and deadlines.
-Communicate across departments to ensure that videos accomplish collective goals
-Guide videos through the internal approvals process
Analyze video performance and use data to ensure that videos have the potential to reach millions of people

Qualifications:

-Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and social media reels.
-Proficiency in InShot, Capcut, and multiple NLE.
-3+ years of experience producing social media content with a focus on vertical formats or YouTube for political campaigns, ad agencies, or TV networks/film marketing.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere; familiarity with motion graphics and animation software.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
This is a full-time position with base pay plus commission on sales. M-F 100% remote.

Language Skills:

Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, investors, customers, and the general public.

Special Skills:

Valid driver’s license and car insurance, as required by the state.
Real estate license (if required by the state).
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Good understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi or similar software.
