Video Content Sourcer

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company seeking an exceptional Content Sourcer to source content online so our editors can create amazing ads and help drive our growth to new heights.

What You'll Do:
- Find great content online
Get daily tasks on what we need and go on TikTok and YouTube to source content that we can use in ads.

- Brainstorm keywords:
Be creative and come up with keywords (together with ChatGPT that we have prompted) so you can find the content you need.

- Name and organize our content folder in Google Drive:
Once you've found the footage you need, you will need to upload it to our Google Drive and give the clip a name so anyone can understand it without watching it.

- Ensure high quality:
Make sure that every piece of content that gets uploaded to our library will be of very high quality.

- Work with the team and always get better:
Make sure to work and have great communication with the team on a daily basis and to always look at what can be done better in the company.

What We're Looking For:
- Eye for content: In this position, it's important that you know what good content looks like, so you understand if the editors can use this.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: Takes initiative to improve workflows, implement new ideas, and drive projects forward.
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and prioritize effectively.
- Understand Ai: Ai is changing the way we work, and therefore in this role it is important you understand how to use ChatGPT.
- Video editing: The ability to cut up videos and organise everything, that is why it is very helpful if you have basic editing skills.

Your Work Schedule:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET
Daily Commitment: At least 8 hours each day during these times.
Flexibility: We know you have personal responsibilities, so just make sure you can attend all scheduled meetings and complete your 8-hour workday.
