Job Description:
Are you a creative individual with a passion for video editing? Do you have a knack for turning raw footage into captivating short-form videos that grab viewers' attention? If so, we want you to be a part of our team! We are seeking a skilled Short-Form Video Editor to help us produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form videos for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Assemble raw footage and create visually appealing and engaging videos.
- Add music, text, graphics, and special effects to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with our content creators to understand the vision and storytelling objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends and techniques.

Requirements:
- FLUENT ENGLISH. TYPOS ARE UNACCEPTABLE.
- Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Apple / iOS accessible device, such as an iPhone, iPad, or MacBook (this will be verified).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Availability to work following our tight company timeline. Edits will be assigned daily, Monday-Friday by 9:00am PhST, and are expected to be completed by 6:00pm PhST, the same day.
- Knowledge of the American real estate market is a plus, but not required.
