About Us:

We are in the process of launching two new ventures:

Relaxing Vibrations - A growing YouTube channel focused on creating high-quality, relaxing music and visuals to help our audience unwind and de-stress.

Personal Brand Development - A new venture aimed at building a personal brand that will require content creation, research, and organizational support.

We’re looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant who can handle a wide range of tasks, support both projects, and grow with us over time.

Role Overview:
This role requires a flexible and resourceful individual with a broad skill set. From creating music tracks using AI to conducting research and assisting with content creation, you’ll play a key role in the success of both ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

Relaxing Vibrations Channel:
- Create music tracks using AI tools (instructions and guidance provided).
- Assist with video content creation, including downloading, transcribing, and editing videos.
- Conduct research to identify trends and find inspiration for new content.
- Generate video scripts or descriptions using AI tools.
- Social media management (uploading and scheduling videos)

Personal Brand Development:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and content ideas.
- Assist with drafting posts, articles, or scripts for social media and blogs.
- Manage and organize tasks, documents, and schedules.
- Help with brainstorming and planning new initiatives.

General Tasks:
- Organize and manage files and workflows.
- Provide tech-savvy solutions for automation and productivity improvements.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks such as data entry, email management, or customer support.

Qualifications:
- A creative and proactive mindset with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and tasks.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (e.g., music generation, video scripts).
- Strong research skills to gather information and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A background in video editing, content creation, or music production is a plus (but not required).
- Tech-savvy, with experience using productivity tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or similar.
