Versatile Virtual Assistant

We are a small but rapidly growing business focused on mindset and personal coaching. We are looking to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage a variety of tasks and projects across our platforms.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and maintaining brand consistency across multiple tools and platforms.

Core tasks include:
+ Website design/maintenance using platforms such as Kajabi, Showit.
Proficiency in Kajabi features is a major plus (e.g., email sequences, offers and coupons, events, tags, and segments).
+ Graphic design using Canva to create visually compelling content.
+ Written content creation using AI tools like ChatGPT, adhering to brand guidelines and pre-existing materials.
+ Managing projects and tasks using Asana (or similar work management tools).
+ Maintaining and editing files using GSuite.
+ Social media marketing and management.

What We’re Looking For:
+ Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
+ Can adapt quickly and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
+ Has experience in similar roles, especially with the platforms mentioned above.
+ Can communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
