Welcome to our Startup Venture Capital Firm

We are seeking a long-term management partner for our startup.

To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:

Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
At least over 30 years of Age
Experienced in entrepreneurship and sales,
Must know how to Use CRM Tools & Calling Softwares
Must be direct but emotionally intelligent
Must have a Bachelor's degree or 7 years in management of a Real Estate company
A people's person with the ability to build relationships
A professional and bright space for conducting Zoom meetings with potential clients

The Division you will be managing offers leasing services & funding services in Real Estate, Business, and Auto, along with real estate acquisitions and wholesaling.

The Team: 4 people, expecting to be a team of 10 in 6 month, excluding interns.

Please note that as a startup, some days may require additional hours beyond the standard schedule. Your role will primarily involve Zoom meetings, spending up to 7 hours daily speaking with clients and closing deals.

The dress code for zoom meetings are Business Casual for women and Suit or dress shirts for men.

This is a high-pressure position that demands resilience and adaptability.
