The Immortal Roadmap Program (IRP) is a premium Valorant coaching service dedicated to helping players achieve their full potential. We offer a comprehensive coaching experience that includes personalized coaching, one-on-one sessions, live lessons, scrims, and tournaments. Our mission is to empower players from all ranks to enhance their skills and enjoy the game more deeply.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will use ManyChat, Aloware, and Upgrade to see actual info to cold call, text, and message potential clients who have shown interest in our coaching program. You will be responsible for setting appointments, pre-qualifying leads for our sales team, and ensuring our calendar is managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize ManyChat, Aloware, and Upgrade to see actual info to reach out to potential clients (Outbound SMS Messaging, Outbound Calls)
- Cold call, text, and message at least 100 leads/day about our coaching program.
- Follow up with previously contacted leads about our coaching program.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for our sales team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English (C2 level).
- Played Valorant at a decent level and have a good understanding of the game's jargon.
- Sales background with a proven track record.
- Excellent calendar management skills.
- Ability to work US hours from overseas (9am to 5pm PST).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong track record in sales
- Familiarity with ManyChat, Aloware, and Upgrade to see actual info.
- Passion for gaming and the Valorant community.
