JOB OVERVIEW

Join our team as our Property Management Administrative Assistant and become an integral part of our operations! In this role, you’ll ensure that our properties run smoothly while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with vendors, managing financial tasks, and nurturing positive relationships with guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Real Estate Support: Assist with filing claims and preparing contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Vendor Coordination: Schedule and manage vendors for property maintenance and repairs.
Procurement: Order necessary items and supplies to maintain properties.
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
Guest Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
Reservation Management: Set reservations for guests, via email or phone, and coordinate guest experiences.
Reporting: Collect and send monthly reports to management, providing insights on property performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in property management, hospitality, vacation rentals, or real estate preferred.
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Basic bookkeeping and financial management knowledge.
